Speaking
I speak on the psychology of high performance, trauma informed leadership, coercive control in organizational settings, the integration of personal history and professional behavior, and what actually drives the dynamics that play out across boardrooms, living rooms, and family systems.
Not the version that fits neatly into a one hour slot and sends everyone home feeling good. The version that makes people sit forward because someone is finally saying the thing they have been thinking but had no clinical language for.
My background spans clinical psychology, organizational psychology, and the nervous system. That means I can go deep on the research, make it land with a room full of executives, and leave the audience with a framework they will still be using six months later.
I speak internationally. I am based between Calgary, Canada and Dubai, UAE and travel for the right engagements. I am also at work on a forthcoming book on these themes.

Talks
My flagship talk. How the patterns from your earliest relationships shape every system you build, lead, and live in, and what it takes to break them at the architectural level rather than one symptom at a time. Draws on clinical psychology, organizational psychology, and neuroscience to make the case that culture problems, leadership problems, family problems, and self regulation problems are usually the same problem in different settings, and what changes when you finally treat them that way.
Between the boardroom and the living room lives a person who got so good at performing in every role that they forgot who they actually are. This talk explores the psychological cost of sustained high performance, what the nervous system does under chronic pressure, and what it actually takes to find your way back to yourself without dismantling everything you have built.
Burnout is not a productivity problem. It is a nervous system problem with a history. This talk goes beneath the standard burnout narrative to examine the attachment injuries, unprocessed experiences, and organizational conditions that create the conditions for collapse, and what genuinely changes the trajectory rather than just managing the symptoms.
Most of the patterns leaders write off as ‘culture issues’ or ‘performance problems’ have an underlying psychological structure. This talk introduces leaders and HR teams to the dynamics, including coercive control patterns, family of origin replays, and the silent costs of chronic dysregulation, that explain why teams underperform, why good employees leave, and why the same conflicts keep surfacing in the same organizations. Practical, clinical, and immediately usable.
A nervous system informed exploration of why smart, capable people keep arriving at the same patterns in their work, their relationships, and their responses under pressure. What the brain does when it learns it has to manage everyone else’s feelings, and what neuroplasticity actually means for the people in the room.

I take a limited number of speaking engagements per year. I do not speak on topics I have not thought seriously about, and I do not adapt someone else’s framework to fill a slot.
If you are looking for a speaker who will show up with genuine clinical authority and leave your audience with something that matters, I would like to hear about your event.
